I am truly blessed

Even though 2010 has been a tremendously heartbreaking, emotional and stressful time for my family, I am finding that I am blessed.

* Blessed with family and friends that have been there for us with the loss of my Dad and my Uncle eight days later.

* Wonderful daycare families that supported me when I needed to close my business after 20yrs.

* Blessed to have wonderful family that believed that I could be an asset to their business.

* Blessed to discover that I have so many CTMH sisters that care about me in ways you wouldn't believe. I truly appreciate everything you ladies have done for me, more than you could understand.

I will be re-joining CTMH after Jan. 1 and hope to get my business back up and running.

I am currently working on the Auto Order Form and if I don't get it finished tonight before I get dropped, I will complete it as soon as I re-sign.

I hope everyone has a very blessed and Happy New Year. Be safe and know that I value each and every one of you.

In 2011, if you have the opportunity to Pay It Forward, please do will come back to you in ways you never knew.

And a share from the message boards...If anyone has been wanting to buy the Gypsy to go with your Cricut, someone posted it for $88. Check it out

UPDATED: Autumn/Winter 2010 Auto Order form

The Autumn/Winter auto order form and inventory list has been updated and posted on Business Helpers. Sorry for the delay, life has been throwing major curve balls at me lately. Also, unless I decide to order an Idea book next year, I will not be able to update, as I will no longer be a consultant, since they are not allowing Jr. status anymore.

Sad news

It is with extreme saddness that I have to post this. My Dad suddenly passed away on Monday. No health problems at all.  I am saving all of your emails and request about the Auto Order form and will reply to them when I am up to it. Here is a link to the details. Dad

Auto Order change

I have changed the auto order form and added the kit of the month. You can change it on your form every month.
1. Go to the inventory page
2. Change the product number
3. Change the description
4. Change the price
5. Click save

That is all you have to do.

Also, if you have already downloaded, the price for the Wishes book is wrong. It should be $21.95, you need to change that or re-download the form.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Organizing my unmounted stamps

Hello my friendly blog readers Smiley from !

I desperately needed to organize my unmounted stamps. I have Stampin' Up stamps, and several of those wonderfully addictive $1 stamps. And they were all shoved in this drawer and rarely used Smiley from
and under these was a basket with SU stamps and the ones I unmounted from wood blocks.
Several months ago I purchased this lovely little stamp holder from Little Monkeys and finally used it. Very well worth the money.
I didn't purchase the little stamp inserts, because when I removed the acetate sheet they stick right on the page.

My SU stamps and red rubber stamps.

This is the end result, I am soooo happy Smiley from! I stuck my large sets of clear stamps behind the monkey sleeves.
Now I have all these little sheets of acetate, any suggestions on what to do with them? Please leave me a comment with any ideas.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Hello my fellow creators!

I just discovered a  wonderful shopping site and all they sell are Military Scrapbook Supplies! I am the historian for my VFW and my local stores only carry a small variety of Military supplies, so I am EXTREMELY thrilled with this store. And I know several of my readers have family and friends that are in the service so, I thought I should share with you. Please pop over and check them out Military Scrapbooking Supplies.

A mini card using distressing embossing powder

I have recently been making mini cards and having so much fun. Here is a card that I made for a friend.

Card base is craft paper cardstock.
Pattern paper punched with a Martha punch.
Heart is stamped on watercolor paper using Tim Holtz Distressing Embossing Powders. (my newest fav)
I tore around the image, then watercolored it, a smaller piece of watercolor paper and card base with Distressing Inks.
Fibers are CTMH.
Used foam dots to give it dimension.
I made the envelope out of a gift bag from the dollar tree.

I will have another post in a day or two on organizing my stamp sets.

Auto Order Update

Hi everyone,
It was brought to my attention by a fellow consultant that I had a few prices wrong and a few items were still listed that no longer should be. Thank you so much Jennifer for letting me know, it is very hard to catch everything with no one to proof read them lol! They have been changed and have been re uploaded. Sorry for any inconvenience and I will try to do better on the next Idea Book. Thanks for visiting my blog and have a great day!

Camera Playing

I L-O-V-E playing with my camera (Thanks again to my wonderful daughter for it). I especially like to take nature pics Smiley from because nature is more forgiving.) And I am experimenting with different editing techniques. Hope you enjoy these and much as I enjoyed taking and playing with them.

This is what happens in Ohio when you have perfect weather conditions and a lovely 3 degrees outside. You get trees that look like they have been flocked.

Thanks for looking Smiley from

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year! The past couple of months have been extremely busy here and I am sure most of you have been having the same at your homes. I am in the process of updating the Blog Links and I will be doing the latest auto order form tomorrow. I will post a notice when I have it completed and posted. Hope everyone has a great day!

Oh, I have had several people contact me wanting to know what the TTFN in my signature means. It is something that Tigger says, "TTFN, Ta Ta For Now!"
